Day 53 Progress 22

Added Main Vehicle.

The vehicle avoids the obstacles.

Added tires animations.

Vehicle senses enemies.

Now will add attack code. Once it is done, other vehicle enemies will be completed soon.

Also working on other things will share progress soon
